xTreatment with clTrac
The clTrac is precise, forces are exercised with extreme precision. A double control mechanism compares the measured value to the set values; deviations are immediately corrected. Not only accurate force is important, but also the speed with which the force increases or decreases is essential. With the clTrac you can accurately set the motor speed. Besides that, you can precisely defi ne the treatment time. The full color display shows excatly what you programmed and what is happening during
treatment.
The new clTrac provides you with 6 standard programs to start a quick, easy-to-use static or intermittent cervical, lumbar or peripheral traction. Of course, these programs are all adjustable, to match the practitioners demands. Self-developed treatment protocols can be saved as well. The therapy can be paused to make changes in parameters or to adjust belts.
To match the highest security standards the clTrac is provided with a Patient Interrupt Button. After pressing this, forces are phased out in a responsibly fast way and an alarm signal sounds. Follow-ups can be chosen to discontinue or continue therapy again.

All returned products must be approved by our staff and receive an RA number. If the product arrives without an RA number we will not know why it is here and will not issue a return. Contact us first!
General supplies: Which are regularly stocked by HealthMed can be returned within 14 days. The products must arrive in new condition with all original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Special order products: Fall under the manufacturer's return policy. There is generally a restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping, duties, customs and restocking fees as per the manufacturers requirements. If we have ordered in a product for you, it falls into this category.
Custom Made Products: (Treatment tables and most of the wooden rehab products fall into this category) Are not able to be returned. Before placing your order be sure to ask us lots of questions and confirm dimensions.
Pre-Owned Products: Are not able to be returned. We invite you to come see the product in person or schedule a video to get a good understanding of the product before placing your order
Hygiene products: If a product comes in contact with your skin. It is not able to be returned. This includes Bracing Products, Active Hands, Pillows and other skin contact products

Orders for supplies ship free over $150 for major cities in BC and Alberta. Non major cities, choose regular shipping at checkout.
Supplies are any product listed under our "Supplies" Section. Equipment such as treatment tables will require separate shipping quotes
If you are located in a remote area such as Whitehorse, Free shipping will not apply and you may be contacted for additional freight charges.
