Return Policy

All returned products must be approved by our staff and receive an RA number. If the product arrives without an RA number we will not know why it is here and will not issue a return. Contact us first!

General supplies: which are regularly stocked by HealthMed can be returned within 14 days. The products must arrive in new condition with all original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Special order products: fall under the manufacturer's return policy. There is generally a restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping, duties, customs and restocking fees as per the manufacturers requirements. If we have ordered in a products for you, it falls into this category. 

Custom Made Products: (Treatment tables and most of the wooden rehab products fall into this category) Are not able to be returned. Before placing your order be sure to ask us lots of questions and confirm dimensions. 

Pre-Owned Products: Are not able to be returned. We invite you to come see the product in person or schedule a video to get a good understanding of the product before placing your order

Hygiene products: If a product comes in contact with your skin. It is not able to be returned. This includes Bracing Products, Active Hands, Pillows and other skin contact products
