xU-Control is an easy to use single channel SEMG trainer to retrain pelvic floor muscles for incontinence. It enables users to self-train with prescribed exercises using either our vaginal, rectal or surface sensors.
Requires T6050, T6051, T6052, T6053, or a T8820M
U-Control is a sophisticated, yet simple to use, battery-operated unit, for patients to self-train at home, to re-educate pelvic muscles for better urinary or fecal control.
Two LEDs cue patients to tense or relax for 5 or 10 seconds. Patients view their progress on an ascending or descending bargraph scale of 15 LEDs and listen for rising and falling variations in a continuous tone.
An adjustable threshold setting allows users to gradually increase the level of difficulty and to report on their training programs as they progress.
Patients use a comfortable, reusable vaginal or rectal sensor in combination with simple biofeedback exercises to improve bladder and bowel function by:
- 3 settings for sound
- Adjustable volume control
- Bandpass: .2 - 37.5 mV (x1), .6 - 112.5 mV (x3)
- Selectable 5 or 10 second work/rest intervals activate a red and green LED to facilitate tense or relax responses
- Letter scale to track progress
- 15 segment LED light bar graph provides instant feedback

All returned products must be approved by our staff and receive an RA number. If the product arrives without an RA number we will not know why it is here and will not issue a return. Contact us first!
General supplies: Which are regularly stocked by HealthMed can be returned within 14 days. The products must arrive in new condition with all original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Special order products: Fall under the manufacturer's return policy. There is generally a restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping, duties, customs and restocking fees as per the manufacturers requirements. If we have ordered in a product for you, it falls into this category.
Custom Made Products: (Treatment tables and most of the wooden rehab products fall into this category) Are not able to be returned. Before placing your order be sure to ask us lots of questions and confirm dimensions.
Pre-Owned Products: Are not able to be returned. We invite you to come see the product in person or schedule a video to get a good understanding of the product before placing your order
Hygiene products: If a product comes in contact with your skin. It is not able to be returned. This includes Bracing Products, Active Hands, Pillows and other skin contact products

Orders for supplies ship free over $150 for major cities in BC and Alberta. Non major cities, choose regular shipping at checkout.

If you are located in a remote area such as Whitehorse, Free shipping will not apply and you may be contacted for additional freight charges.
