A: All over the world!!!! We are constantly in search of the latest and greatest. Know that if we announce the arrival of a new product it’s because we think it’s genuinely special, otherwise we wouldn’t bother you with it. We will never carry a product that we think will break or not handle the stresses of your busy clinic.

Q: I want to resell products to my customers

A: Awesome! You’re joining the ranks of many clinics that already benefit from this. If you want to carry stock we encourage you to buy 20 of each item to qualify for an additional 7% discount. If you are just starting out and don’t know what will sell contact us about setting up a trial retail center at no cost to you.

Q: I am a medical professional. How do I get special pricing

A: Call us for immediate account approval or sign up online. It will take some time for online approval. We will contact you to confirm your account.


All orders in the British Columbia lower mainland ship free on orders over $200 – All in stock products qualify.

All orders over $300 ship free Canada wide. Applies for all in stock products. Does not apply to some items (Ultrasound Gel, Wax, Foam Rollers, and large items that we quote on like Treadmills) and does not apply to remote locations.

For all items that must be ordered in you will be charged shipping if it requires a second shipment. If your entire shipment ships together it will ship free if over $300.

Return Policy

Make sure to contact us before you send the items back. It is important to get approval before you return it so we know why the item has come back.

Items returned to HealthMed may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any item that is intended to be used as a personal product can not be returned once opened for health and sanitation reasons.

For any refund the returned products must be in like-new resalable condition. If we can’t take the product and confidently resell it to someone else it can not be returned

Damaged or defective item: If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately. Take a photo and send it to us at info@healthmed.ca

You’ll be able to see your special pricing right away once it is approved.

After your first order with us you’ll be qualified for payment via net 20 terms if you choose that option.

New Clinic Set Up

We set up new clinics all the time. With over 20 years of experience we know how to make your set up go smoothly.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you want. If you’re not sure exactly what you want we can make some suggestions and can run you through the differences in each product to help you make an informed decision.
  2. We’ll send you a quote, once you give us the go ahead we’ll order everything.
  3. We will have everything ready for your specified date of delivery
  4. If you’re in a British Columbia major center we will come with our big HealthMed truck and will set up your products FREE of charge.
  5. If you’re not in our delivery area we’ll have everything sent straight to your clinic in as few shipments as possible. Don’t worry the items aren’t hard to set up and if you need additional guidance give us a call.


We have a long history dealing in leasing and you may find that it makes the most sense to lease some of your equipment. If you’d like to do this let us know and we can put you in contact with a leasing company.



All of our electrotherapy products, treatment furniture, and a large portion of our other products come with a warranty which varies for each product. If your product breaks during this period (which we hope it doesn’t!) We will take it back for repairs.

HealthMed is committed to keeping your clinic running. We will also issue you a loaner machine while yours is being repaired so that your clinic can stay running at full capacity. Another bonus of buying from HealthMed!
